Happy Friday! I hope have had a good week! If you have been taking my classes this week, then you know we have been working on poses for the hips. This pose, is perfect to allow for a gentle opening in the hips in a very supportive way.
I love Supportive Frog Pose not only for how nice feels to have support beneath you, but also because it is really grounding. If you are feeling a little anxious or overwhelmed this would be a great pose to settle into and just let go!!
Props: 2 blankets and 1 bolster or two pillows.
I recommend staying in the pose for 5-10 minutes and to complete your practice it would be great to come into a Supportive Child’s Pose.
Let me know in the comments below if you have any questions or how this pose feels for you.
