Our soothing gentle yoga class focuses on moving slowly into poses mostly floor-based or seated while emphasizing the use of breath as a tool to remain present and mindful.
The slow pace of the class will allow you to gently lengthen muscles and strengthen the body through a variety of movements. You can also expect a few standing poses emphasizing balance and stability. The practice ends with a long unwinding sequence to leave you feeling relaxed and calm.
