This membership program provides access to both the 10+ Studio Live Stream classes we offer weekly (via Zoom – in Pacific Time) and access to our Content Library of over 30 classes ranging from 10-60 minutes.
Both the Studio Live Stream schedule and Content Library offer a wide variety of classes for all levels of practitioners, including Gentle Yoga, Mindful Flow, Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama, and strength practices.
We are here to support you in your practice. For any questions email firstname.lastname@example.org, stay online at the end of any live class, or schedule a private 30-minute yoga check-in via Zoom for questions about poses or modifications needed (only $35 for members).
PROPS: In order to feel fully supported and help customize the yoga practice for your body, it is recommended you have two yoga blocks, a blanket or beach towel, and a yoga strap or belt for all on-line classes.
