One-On-One Lessons
One-on-one lessons are one of the best ways to meet your yoga goals and to achieve the best results. Private lessons are customized to meet the needs of your body despite injury, illness, flexibility or age and to accommodate your schedule.

Group Classes
We offer a variety of in-studio, outdoor, and livestream. Our classes are designed with you and mind, and we are here to support you. You can easily pre-register for classes here.
Gentle Yoga
This soothing gentle class focuses on moving slowly purposefully into poses that are mostly floor-based or seated, while emphasizing the use of breath as a tool to remain present and mindful.
The slow pace of the class will allow you to gently lengthen muscles and strengthen the body through a variety of movements. You can also expect a few standing poses emphasizing balance and stability. The practice ends with a long unwinding sequence to leave you feeling relaxed and calm.
Perfect for those who want to experience all of the wonderful benefits of yoga without a strong physical practice, including those with little to no yoga experience.
Duration: 60 minutes
Levels: Perfect for all new, beginner and advanced yogis, ages 18+

Mindful Flow
Mindful flow is a very basic yoga flow class, focusing on the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work. Emphasis is placed on understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. You will be guided through foundational yoga poses to help gain strength, flexibility, and balance through a variety of lying, seated, and standing poses.
Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners who want the benefits of flow yoga with a slower, more mindful pace.
Duration: 75 minutes

Yoga in the Park (Offered Seasonally)
Reduce stress, improve your mood, and reconnect with your highest self in nature with our Yoga in the Park community. This class has been designed to help you step onto your yoga mat and support you – no matter where you are on your yoga journey!
From beginning students to experienced practitioners alike, this Gentle Yoga class will guide you through a series of foundational standing or seated poses – perfect for both muscle lengthening and gentle strengthening.
Our practice ends with a long unwinding sequence to leave you feeling relaxed and calm. Designed with accessibility in mind and perfect for all who want the benefits of peaceful, gentle practice!
