Classes

In- Studio and Live Streaming Group Classes

We offer in-studio and live streaming classes via Zoom.  You can register for classes here. If you are registering for a live streaming class, you will receive a Zoom link when you register and then again 20 minutes before the start of class. 

Gentle Yoga:  This soothing gentle class focuses on moving slowly into poses mostly floor-based or seated while emphasizing the use of breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. The slow pace of the class will allow you to gently lengthen muscles and strengthen the body through a variety of movements.  Students can also expect a few standing poses emphasizing balance and stability. The practice ends with a long unwinding sequence to leave you feeling relaxed and calm.  Perfect for people who want all the benefits of yoga without a strong physical practice including those with little to no yoga experience. 

Mindful Flow: Mindful flow is a very basic yoga flow class, focusing on the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. Students will be guided through foundational yoga poses to help gain strength, flexibility, and balance through a variety of prone, seated, and standing poses. Mindful Conditioning:Are you looking for a way to add additional strength training into your yoga practice?  If yes, then this class is for you!! Mindful Conditioning blends the practices of yoga and strength training to give you a full body workout.

Each class will start with connecting to your body and breath in order to prepare for the time you will be on the mat. Classes will focus on building strength, balance, mobility, and mindfulness using bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, yoga blocks, and basic yoga poses.  This practice is suitable for all levels of practitioners including those with little or no yoga experience.
Props needed: Blocks, 5-6ft Resistance Band* and a  yoga mat.
