Reiki and Restorative Yoga

Do you love restorative yoga and reiki? If so, this workshop is for you! Allow yourself to experience deep relaxation and healing through restorative yoga while receiving Reiki energy to further relax and balance the body. Nicole will guide you through restorative yoga poses to help relax and help you unwind. Together, Julia and Nicole will send Reiki energy to help rebalance the body.

Flow and Restore
Instructor: Nicole Byrne

Does the end of the work week leave feeling exhausted and drained? Come and unwind from the week with a gentle flowing sequence to warm and nourish the body. Followed by a sequence of Yin poses and Restorative poses which seeks to open up the body, calm the mind, and rebalance the body. This workshop ends with a long savasana and guided meditation which leaves you feeling deeply relaxed and balanced.

This workshop is appropriate for all levels of yogis who are looking to move at a slower pace and deep relaxation.
